Prayer Vigil

Jaiden,

The prayer vigil was beautiful. Everyone got up and lit candles for you. We all said prayers and sang songs. I know Mommy and Daddy were listening to the whole thing on the phone, but guess what???? I video taped it for you. I need to fix the tape up and then get it sent to you. I know that all the prayers that were said for you have to be helping. I know you've gotta be getting better soon.

Hi Jaiden~

I learned of your accident recently and wanted to say hello. My friends little girl is almost six years old and having a fight of her own also. She had a heart and double lung transplant...You sound just like her, a strong, determined little girl with a will to live....We will pray for you and your family. I am praying that you will be able to FEEL God's arms wrapped around you tonight. That you recieve peace, patience and strength for your journey..God has blessed you with such a wonderful family who is definately God fearing along with an amazing town..It's sounds like you are so loved and from what I hear a vibrant little girl.
"We also rejoice in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance, endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope." Romans 5:3-4
God bless you Jaiden!!!!!! Many are praying for you here in Michigan...Keep fighting!

Goodmorning Jaiden, It is a beautiful day outside today but cold! I wanted to let you know that we were stuck in our driveway last night but we prayed really hard for you during the prayer vigil. I saw Aspen this morning at school, she seemed happy that Mrs. Gosselin gave them a few extra minutes of recess. She has such a beautiful smile, and seeing your cute little sister reminded me to pray right away for you! Hang in there today and I pray that God give you great strength today and a good day of recovering. Lots of love

Jaiden,
I'm sorry we could not attend the prayer vigil last night. I heard it was just beautiful! You were in our prayers at 4:00 though and again at bedtime as each of my girls said a prayer that God watch over you and help you heal. You are in our thoughts often and we look forward to hearing more good news this week.
With love and prayers~

Jaiden, we were not able to make it to the prayer vigil, but we have been praying non-stop since the accident. You and your family are always on our minds and in our prayers. We now have our congregation at church praying for you and your specific needs and have the uttmost confidence that you will be healed. It is unfortunately in God's time and not how fast we want it to happen. We also have a prayer role in our temple that we have added your names to, where hundreds of people pray for you each day. We know that you and your family are being blessed and taken care of. We believe in miracles and I know that you are already one and will continue to heal and recover. We love you Jaiden and your family and will continue to pray for you always.

Holleigh & Paul,
I saw this today and thought of you.

"God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, nor sun without rain; but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and light for the way. God doesn't give us what we can handle, He helps us handle what we are given."

I hope that the New Year and all it's promise, helps you through this painful time. Myself and my family will keep praying for you. Even though they do not know her, my boys ask daily how Jaiden is doing and I can't wait for the day to tell them that she went home with her mom and dad.

Always thinking about you and your family,
Jen

Hi Jaiden,

I hope you are feeling stronger with each passing day. You would be so proud of your family and friends at the Prayer Service last night. The snow was gently falling and you could just feel the love in your church. It was so nice to see your family and so many people from our town gathered together. I know in my heart that you felt our prayers because I could feel your spirit as I sat there. As always, I am wishing you sweet, peaceful dreams as you rest and let your body heal. We are sending you and your parents our love everyday. Love is Patient, Dear Jaiden.
God Bless You All.

Jaiden, We are thinking about you all the time here in East Bridgewater, MA. and hoping that you are getting the rest that you need. Even though we don't know you, my three girls' first question when they got home from school today was "How is Jaiden?". They have heard so many great things about you from their cousin Christina Vlachos that they feel as if they do know you. They think about you all the time. We just wanted you to know that the Vlachos Family in East Bridgewater, MA, and many of our friends and family members, are praying for you and your family to be strong through this very difficult time. Take Care and get well. We hope to meet you one day up in NH.

Dear Jaiden,

Addison and I were looking at a beautiful book of angel paintings this morning. We were thinking of you and imagining your angels filling you with love and peacefulness.

Tonight before Addie went to bed, she wanted to look at the angel book again. When she came to the most beautiful, colorful angel with rainbow colored wings and golden, light-filled hair, she stopped and pointed and said: "This is what Jaiden's angel looks like, Mama."

Sweet dreams, sweet Jaiden. May your angels help you feel safe and surrounded by love.

Our vigil continues,

Hi Jaiden,
Can you believe it is 2:45 in the morning and I am just now going to bed. I went straight from visiting you to work. After that I went to Wal-Mart and then came home to do a few things and here I am at 2:45 in the morning! I hope you are resting and healing right now. You looked so beautiful in your pink pajamas today ... but then again I think you would probably look beautiful in anything. When Coach Mike and I were with you we could feel all the love and prayers wrapped around you. We are sure you could feel them too. I just know that any day now you are going to look right over at Mommy and watch her as she jumps and screams with joy. Your Daddy and Mommy are doing a really good job taking care of you and helping you heal. It's so hard for them to be patient and wait for God to bring you back to them. They love you so much and they miss your smile. Please hurry and come back to them! Your room looked so pretty with all the cards covering the walls. I think they may need to move you to a BIGGER room soon as you are running out of space! Sleep well little angel, tonight I will pray that you open your eyes and watch Mommy dance around the room very, very soon.
Love, Mrs. Carson (Jen's Mom)

Paul and Holleigh,

We wish we could some how take this hardship from you but we cannot. We know that God understands your pain and he will help you through it. Know that we are ALL here to hold you up when you feel you can no longer stand.

Holleigh, please know that you are feeling what every mother in your position would feel. Allow your self to feel it and let it out so you can continue to be strong for Jaiden.

Paul, you are amazing. Your strength and calming presence is reassuring. Please take care of Holleigh ... and allow her to take care of you from time to time.

By the way Paul, We think the reason Holleigh is not eating very much at each meal is because you are eating for three. Leave her something to eat! LOL.

We love you guys and we will see you again soon!

God Bless You,
Mike and Kathy

Hi Jaiden,
We have had a busy day already this morning, have you? Jen's sister had a dentist appointment first thing this morning. On the way there she told me how right after the Pledge of Allegiance yesterday they had a moment of silence for you. Every person at Heron Pond sent thoughts, wishes and prayers to you to help you get better. Jen said there were TONS of people wearing your ribbons yesterday. We are all praying as hard as we can for you to open your eyes and watch your Mom moving all around you. We know we need to be patient and wait for you to be ready, but we'll just keep praying while we're waiting.
Love and Prayers,

Jaidey a poem I wrote for you:

My Sweet Jaiden:

May all the angels from heaven stay seated at the foot of Jaidens bed while the good lord above us heals her beautiful head. May he place Jaiden on his lap and hold her so tight, may his love guide her and comfort her so she continues to fight. I know its gods will as each day passes by, may all the love, prayers and support continue and our faith and hope never die. I prayed to the lord as her Godmother you see and asked him for a favor to release Jaiden back to me. I prayed and I prayed for him to show us a sign that our sweet Jaiden is just resting and healing with time....

I love you sweetie you mean the world to me.

I enjoyed being with you, Mom and Dad today. You looked so beautiful in your gold princess jammies. You will always be my "Princess Jaiden"

Sweet dreams.

I just wanted to say hello. Olivia and Sidney have been making ribbons for the last hour. Everyone wants one and they are making sure that everyone gets one.

Olivia went to the mall the other day and got a pair of earrings that look like your ribbon. Isn't that cool?

She also wrapped her hair. She has two hair wraps in. They are different colors. It looks so pretty on her. She'll do your hair when you wake up.

Well sweetie, I hope you have a good night, and I will see you soon.
