Jaiden's Angel Foundation received our official Federal Tax Exempt Status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code!! The effective date of Exemption is March 18, 2008. This was a very lengthy application process and we are so pleased to have been approved to receive this special designation.
