Hi Jaiden,
My Mom told me you did have a TV in your room so you can watch the ball drop. Tonight I am going to a bonfire. So I will just watch it there. Did you know peopole all around the world are prayig for you? Peopole from Norway,Canada and a bunch of other Countries. That's a lot!!! 8,566 people have visited your page in the United States in the last couple days alone!!!! Today including this one I have written to you three times! Hopefully you will be able to stay awake for the ball drop. I probably won't. Now I'm going to pray for you. Bye! Oops I forgot...Happy New Year!

Good evening Jaiden,
The girls and I think and pray for you every day. We are glad you are resting and gathering your strength for your recovery. Meredith loves the headband you wore on the first day of school- you really looked great and so happy to be boarding the bus. You are so lucky to have such an amazing Mom and Dad and family. There has been such an outpouring of love and support for all of you from this entire community. It has been incredible to witness. Margaret wants to say hi too and is looking forward to playing softball with you again. Sweet dreams angel!

Hi Jaiden,
We've never met, but I've seen you play softball for the Green Sox and soccer for the Fire. I coached the teams that you played against and know that you are a fighter and are going to get better. I really look forward to seeing you out on the fields again.

Jaiden,
As we celebrate the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008, we are praying for a new beginning for you to return home soon, healthy and happy. We hope you can open your eyes at midnight to see your new beginning and open your heart to all of the people who at that moment will be asking God to keep you safe. We're pulling for you in Illinois!

Tlapa's,
we'll raise our glasses in toast to you at midnight for the start of a new day that will bring you one day closer to having Jaiden home again!
Take care and God Bless!
Michele, Shawn, Jacob, Zachary and Colton

Jaiden, I am looking forward to hearing news about your day today. As we end 2007, we look forward to a better and brighter 2008.

Holleigh, Paul, Alexeigh, Aspen & Gage, We are thinking of you tonight, we are still praying for a miracle and we will continue sending these prayers until Jaiden comes home.

To Uncle Guy, Aunt Laura, Gary, Mev & The Tlapas, Wendy, Todd, Jodi and all of the family, we will be thinking of you this night as well. Our prayers extend to each one of you. We know that the dedication that each of you have to Jaiden and your family is immeasurable. Your patience, love and caring for your family is helping each of us, you set an example for all watching and for all that know what great work you are performing each day as you care for your brother, sister, niece, nephew, children & grandchildren. I pray that God continues to give you the strength that you need to remain steady and strong. Please take care of yourselves as well. Hold on to each other and do not let go. Love each other more today then ever, offer thanks for the wonderful family you have. Each of you are an inspiration and your efforts are carried with us in each prayer that we make.

May God bless all of you and hold you close in his loving arms.

Hello Tlapa family,
I am a friend of Dick & Diane. I want you to know that Jaiden is having prayers said for her from SC, IL, AZ, and FL.
I am keeping updated from Jaiden's blog. I so admire all the love and prayers that are being said for Jaiden.
I truly believe in the power of prayer and it has shown me its strength many times. St. Jude's Novena has always shown its strength to me.
I know your beautiful daughter will return to you and you will benefit from the experience and share it with many.
I wish you peace in 2008.
Joanne
