Check This Out

Matt Pervere just sent me this picture. Our fire engines are driving around town with Jaiden stickers on them.

Thank you all for your support!

How wonderful it is to see the ribbons on the firetrucks in town. Nothing that this town does surprises me, we are so fortunate to live in Milford.

The support amazes me - EVERYONE is rooting for you Jaiden

How wonderful to see all the postings and signs. That is one thing about living in Milford! When someone needs prayers all we have to do is start one request and it gets passed along.

We are holding hands in prayer for her and her family.

You don't know us, but we heard about Jaiden from a friend. Please know that even people who don't know her are praying for her recovery and for your family!

Hello Tlapa family!

You're never far from my thoughts....I have been reading about all of the local support from the town of Milford and it brings tears to my eyes. I grew up in a very small town in central Illinois and this is exactly the kind of thing that my "people" would do for anyone in need. It makes me realize that "small" towns exist everywhere....it's the people who make up the town, not the size that matters. How fortunate you and I are to live in Milford, NH.

It's so good to know that Gage and Aspen have wonderful friends to keep their spirits up while Mom and Dad spend time with Jaiden. How is Alexiegh doing? I would love to have her with us at our Jan 6th youth group meeting at MUMC. We have a wonderful group of kids and Alexeigh would be welcomed and given tons of support. I won't be at the prayer vigil, but Becky Ladeau, Tom Knapp or Steve Kimner will be able to give her information. We pray for Jaiden, but also those who were closest to her. God will take care of Jaiden, but the rest of us can help take care of her family.

Again I wish I was home to be more supportive, but please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers everyday. Please let Lena or Teresa know if there is anything we can do to help!

Peace and Love,
Shawn, Michele, Jake, Zachary and Colton

Holleigh, Paul and Alexeigh,
We are thinking of you all daily and hoping that you are taking care of each other. Jaiden will need your positive strength during her recovery. Please make sure you eat, rest and nourish each others spirits so you can stay strong for Jaiden. We have you in our prayers each day.
Alexeigh, you are such a great help to your parents as you watch over Aspen and Gage. They are blessed to have you.
Love and Prayers,
Mike and Kathy Carson

Jaiden,
Hi sweetie. We heard you had a quiet day yesterday with lots of rest. That is so good for helping you heal! Everyone in Milford is thinking about you everyday. I think you may be the most well known person in Milford now. You're sort of like the Hannah Montana of Milford because everyone knows your name. It is on signs all over town and on everyones lips as they pray for your fast recovery. I bet when you are well enough to come home the whole town will celebrate! Keep resting and healing Jaiden. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
Love,
The Carson's - Mike, Kathy, Sarah, Jen and Jack

How was your day today, Jaiden? Did you get some rest? How about Mom and Dad, are they resting and eating? I hope so. They need their strength right now more than ever. You should see how supportive the neighborhood is. At night, the single candles in the windows for you are so amazing, and the mailboxes are covered with your ribbon stickers. Aren't you glad they chose pink for the ribbons? Is that one of your favorite colors? Well, rest up sweetie. We'll be down to visit tomorrow.

Dear Tlapa Family-
A day simply does not go by now that I do not think of Jaiden-you don't know us-my daughter Lily and Jaiden went to ELCM at the same time and I remember Lily speaking very fondly of Jaiden. We want you all to know that prayers, positive thoughts & wishes for a full recovery for Jaiden are on our minds and in our hearts.

We recently moved from Milford to Temple-but the bonds as parents, friends & neighbors know no boundries-we will continue to watch Jaiden's progress and know she will fight her way back. Stay strong and know that the conmmunity is behind you and supports you all!
